Our mindfulness meditation basic skills training, online self-paced awareness courses, and our exclusive one-on-one coaching sessions all start at the beginner's practice level. In other words, we meet you where you are ready to begin on your path. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen and improve the well-being of our clients so they can manage their emotional health. You can choose any of our pathways as an alternative option to managing your emotional health, as it is considered a holistic health option.
We will engage and work with you through every step towards creating a lifelong practice that you can easily incorporate into your lifestyle. Dur solutions are organically intended to improve your overall physical health, emotional wellness, and personal insights so you can achieve a higher level of growth and development. While we offer action-oriented coaching talk sessions, we do not offer our solution pathways as a quick fix. Our purpose is to help enhance your focus and clarity as you expand and become more aware through our MindFitfulness sessions. Our aim is to lay the foundation st he onset as you begin your journey in any of the pathways. One of the ways we do this is by implementing the basics of the fundamental practices of meditation in our sessions with similar activities sampled in this eBook forde in other words we try to make the process fun and easy for you.

ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Na'im-- a 20 year old business student dedicated to health, wellness, and fitness. I understand the importance of balancing school, work, social life, and staying fit. Building and maintaining routines has been key to overcoming challenges that often distract from fitness, and I've found a balanced mindset that I know can work for others too. I believe there's a solution for every challenge. Believe it!
Since before age 16, I've been an athlete. My journey began with soccer and calisthenics, leading to over 5 years of fitness experience. My background and training includes track and field, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (blue belt), wrestling, and competitive soccer.
I first entered the gym years ago on my coach's advice at the time-- and what began as a requirement soon became a passion. Since then, I've learned how weight training, calisthenics, and proper conditioning can transform not just the body, but also the mind and overall health.
Today, I specialize in soccer performance training, calisthenics, and strength development. My goal is to share what I've learned through years of training and help those with fitness goals to overcome obstacles that may be in the way. My mission is to help people unlock their potential-- whether it's building their strength, improving performance, health and confidence for life.
